The two arms
M22 Consulting is the client-facing practice. Its offers are: the AI audit (time inside a client's operation, sized to the business, producing a process map, a ranked opportunity register and a costed build plan); workflow automation; bespoke platforms; apps; and the Company Brain, a permission-aware system that connects a company's files, email, meetings and numbers so anyone can ask a plain-English question and get a sourced answer.
M22 Studios is the in-house venture studio. It identifies recurring, expensive problems inside specific industries, builds the product itself, launches it and grows it into a business of its own. First ventures are in build; none announced yet.
