Email policy.
M22 does not send unsolicited email, and does not allow anyone else to send it on our behalf.
Our policy
M22 Consultancy Ltd and M22 Group Ltd do not send unsolicited commercial email, and we do not allow anyone else to send it on our behalf. This applies to every domain we use, including m22.group, and to everyone who works with us.
How we use email
- We do not send cold email campaigns, bulk marketing or automated outreach sequences.
- We do not buy, rent, scrape or share email lists.
- Our email is one-to-one correspondence: replies to people who have contacted us, and messages to clients, partners and people we already know or have been introduced to.
- Our newsletter, M22 AI Week, is only sent to people who sign up for it on this website. Each new subscriber receives a confirmation email, and every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link (see the privacy notice).
- We send email only from our own Microsoft 365 mailboxes and, for the newsletter, through Resend.
Partners, affiliates and third parties
No partner, affiliate, reseller or other third party is permitted to promote M22, m22.group or any of our services using unsolicited email. Anyone who does so is acting without our permission, and we will ask them to stop.
Reporting unsolicited email
If you receive an unsolicited email that mentions M22 or m22.group, please forward it, with its full headers if you can, to matt@m22.group. We will look into it and take action promptly.
